Consultations are recommended for new clients considering a major transformation, color services, corrective work, extension services, or anyone unsure which De’Luxé service best fits their needs. During your consultation, we’ll discuss service recommendations, maintenance expectations, pricing considerations, and any preparation required before booking. Please note: A consultation does not include a full hands-on scalp assessment or treatment. The De’Luxé Silk Press Experience is our signature healthy-hair service designed to restore, maintain, and elevate your natural hair while delivering a sleek, silky finish with body and movement. Your experience includes a scalp-cleansing scrub, professional shampoo, deep-conditioning treatment, initial trim/cut, blow-dry, thermal protection, full silk press, and finished style. Products and techniques are selected based on your hair’s individual needs to prioritize moisture, manageability, strength, and overall hair integrity. This service is ideal for new clients, clients beginning a healthier hair-care routine, or anyone ready for a complete silk press experience rather than a basic press. Client-Provided Hair Installs are designed for guests who already have their own bundles and are looking for a polished De’Luxé installation experience. Your appointment includes a shampoo and conditioning service, blow-dry, foundation preparation, installation, cut/blending as needed, and finished styling. Hair must be clean, detangled, free of excessive product or adhesive, and ready for installation. Previously used bundles are accepted only if they are in suitable condition for reinstall. Please bring all hair needed to complete your desired look. Additional bundles, lace customization, take-downs, treatments, or specialty styling may require an additional charge. For lace services, closures or frontals must be dropped off 1–2 days before your appointment for preparation and customization. De’Luxé is not responsible for the quality, shedding, tangling, longevity, or performance of hair supplied by the client.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received and hair has been ordered This policy protects the exclusivity and quality of the De’luxé experience, allowing each guest to receive a thoughtfully prepared, luxury service.

De’Luxé Loc Services are designed to maintain healthy, clean, and polished locs while prioritizing the health of your scalp and natural hair. Each loc maintenance appointment includes a thorough shampoo and cleansing service, conditioning, scalp care, and professional retwist for a refreshed, long-lasting finish. Services are tailored to your individual loc density, length, and maintenance needs. Please arrive with locs free of excessive buildup, heavy oils, waxes, or temporary color products. Additional time or fees may apply for excessive buildup, extended new growth, extremely dense or long locs, or appointments requiring additional maintenance. Styling is available as an optional add-on so you can customize your finished look. Loc repairs, reconstruction, detox services, and specialty treatments are priced separately when additional work is required.
