💫 DE’LUXÉ HAIR-INCLUDED SERVICE EXPERIENCE 💫 At De’luxé, luxury begins before you arrive. Select services include premium, custom-sourced hair, curated exclusively for each guest to ensure a flawless, elevated result. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of this experience, please review the following policies carefully before booking. Hair-Included Service Guidelines 1. Hair Included Services Hair is included with select De’luxé services and is custom ordered per client. Hair is not pre-stocked to ensure quality and precision for each appointment. 2. Lace Drop-Off Requirement All lace units must be dropped off 1–2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows adequate time for proper preparation and customization. 3. Booking Confirmation Required After booking, please text 470-927-4237 immediately to confirm your appointment and finalize hair details. Appointments are not fully secured until confirmation is completed. 4. Processing Time for Hair Orders Please allow 3–5 business days for hair sourcing and processing. 5. Advance Booking Required Hair-included services must be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance to allow sufficient preparation time. 6. Payment Policy Full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment and initiate the hair order. 7. Final Appointment Confirmation Appointments are considered confirmed only after payment is received and hair has been ordered. These standards ensure every De’luxé experience is intentional, seamless, and flawlessly executed. De’luxé — where luxury is intentional. ⸻ 🚨 LATE POLICY & AFTER-HOURS BOOKINGS 🚨 To respect the time, flow, and experience of every client, the following policies are strictly enforced: Timeliness 1. 15-Minute Grace Period A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Arriving within this window ensures your service proceeds as scheduled. 2. Late Arrivals (20+ Minutes) Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule to avoid overlapping with other appointments. • A $45 late fee may apply, or • The full service fee may be charged if the appointment must be canceled due to lateness. ✨ IF I AM LATE I WILL TAKE $40 OFF OF YOUR TOTAL BALANCE✨ 3. No-Show Policy Appointments missed without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. 4. Running Late? Please Communicate I understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you are running late or need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible so I can attempt to accommodate you. 5. Late Fees All applicable late fees are due at the time of service. ⸻ After-Hours & Off-Day Appointments 6. After-Hours / Off-Day Requests Appointments booked outside of regular business hours or on off days are subject to a $65 after-hours premium fee.
